If the connection between the device and the game has been disconnected, the game usually asks you to give a new name. At this point, this is what you can do:

1) Create a new name
2) Play with the new account until you can fix the lighthouse. This is how the account becomes online and we can reach it.
3) Send an e-mail to support@nitrogames.com with the following details:
- The game name of the old account that you want to play
- The game name of the new account + Support ID (ID can be found from the game settings' about tab)

With this information we can link the correct account back to your device.
